    anyone else get double billed by webair this month?

    not sure if it's actually double billed or if they just moved up their billing schedule this month... I used to get a charge around the 20th of every month, had one on 10/20, next one on 11/22 but also an identical charge on 12/05

    don't know if this was an error or what, I guess their billing dept isn't around on the weekends

    might be a good time to check your billing statements

      Yes i'm pretty sure we got requestet the double amount!
      Still waiting for my other half to talk to them - we just send them the usual, they haven't complained yet

          fucking told you guys, here's another proof that webair is going down the shitter... double billing by "mistake" trying to generate some extra revenue before they fuck everyone over...

              As much as i dislike Mike, i hardly think he is going to disappear anytime soon.

              Webair appears, on the outside, to be a stable company.

              We hosted there for many years happily until Mike had a bit to much to drink one night.

                  I really don't think this was a 'scam' just to try to gain an extra $9.95 for a small secondary account I use there

                  It's probably just a billing error, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

                      I haven't looked at my invoices yet, but if there is a double charge I'd assume after this thread, Andrea will look into it and reverse them accordingly.
