i'm looking for several media buyers, which is why i would like an agent who has contacts with them, and can handle all of the sales. it would be more benefitial to have an agent, or a firm representing my company, than for me to be contacting the media buyers myself.Comment

let me give you an example, i could find out Pepsi's phone number and call them up and see if they want to buy some space, but wouldn't it be much easier to contact an agency that already deals with them so i could use their pre-existing relationship? i have a unique advertising medium for this spring, and it has an allotted amount of space available. if an agent from a firm represented my company they could be responsible for making sure this space was filled.
