Are you talking the downtown area or anywhere in the city?

Downtown is look only from what I know, outskirts of the city is more action especially in Mississauga / Brampton etc.

charlie t's is not in scarborough

and the best strip joints in all of toronto and its outskirts are Cannonball in brampton and MDS in brampton
