ive been working out for 3 months now
i moved up from 175 on bench press to 235 so far

gonna try to stick with it all next year and see where i am next new years
should be a mini hulk
i try not to focus on bench press to much though i work a three day split with saturdays off
first day shoulders pecs and up
2nd day abs upper and lower back
3rd day legs and ass
