This 24 hour support can be a little frustrating.
I don't mind offering 24 hour support, our customers deserve it, but sometimes . . . .
This morning for example:
6:35 - Phone rings - "Thank you for calling Got Web Host." Click.
6:36 - Phone rings - "Thank you for calling Got Web Host." Click.
6:49 - Phone rings - "Thank you for . . " Click.
6:50 - Phone rings - "Got Web Host" Click.
6:53 - Phone rings -
Me: "Got Web Host"
Him: "I keep getting the wrong number"
Me: "Well, that is because you keep dialing it."
Him:"But that is the number I was given."
Me: "If you call a wrong number, calling it over again is not going to change anything."
I hope the rest of the day goes a little smoother.
