1/2 full cream milk (700ml)
1/2 diced carrot
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 banana
2 tblespoons of protein powder
2 strawberries
5 green grapes
1 tablespoon milo
1 raw egg
it didnt taste too bad... but i feel like total shit 3 hours on...
what kind of mixes do you make?
