I really belive its all the assholes who blindly spam porn that has gotten the Congress/DOJ on our collective cases. One of my younger nephews has an e-mail account on one of my mainstream domains, someone under 10 years old does not need e-mails of photos of salad tossing and blowjobs.
To a certain extent, I really think a small majority in this industry killed the golden goose, and we'll all suffer the consequences.

Theres lots of laws jsut like that in almost every state. In my sate the guy faces JAIL time and it has nothing to do with "scamming" the charges are for mass mailing and fake return addresses.
