You don't need to move to a country. Simply stay in Monaco for a few months and you are fine. Ofcourse you could also 'stay' in Monaco. Buy one ticket for yourself to Monaco. When you are there, return home. Three months later let someone else buy a ticket to Monaco again and then when you're there, return home agian. If irs visits you in usa, you tell 'em you're visiting for a few days.

I would advice you, talk to accountants, and ask them what options there are. You will be suprised how much is legally possible, without the need to move....
