I got a text message and an email today from a couple of girls that I know that are interested in breaking into the industry. I guess one of them wants to model and the other wants to do marketing work, or something. They were looking to me to get the site rolling for them, but I honestly don't know the first thing about making a fucking pay site. I do babe blogs, tgps, galleries .. free shit.
They're apparently really interested, but I want to put a sense of reality into them. I want to disuade them, I just want them to fully understand how much work running a porn site really is. So... can anyone help me out with some info? As much as possible as to what's needed to get a site launched and to keep it running legally.
I want to send a list to them of everything involved with this, from payment processing to legal issues. I just want them to be aware of what this all really means. If you can provide me with some knowledge or a good place to read about this, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks.
