My internet at my dorm was down all afternoon -- up now but it's like dialup speeds. they say it should be back to normal tomorrow -- hopefully.
Our hookup here is a gigabit connection I think.
As for signups, let's put it this way: even I, a webmaster, actually bought a membership to a site
