I'd like to make a gallery for this sponsor I am trying to promote, but the content I downloaded is long clips, like 2 minutes each, some for minute & half, etc.
anyway, I want to cut it up to like 10 sec clips or something that wont kill me bandwidth wise, & also, I want to make the clip a clickable link with my refcode in it, this way, if someone takes it & puts it on another site, it'll have my ref code in it
& same if surfer saves it, he'll save ref code too
what freeware, shareware would you recommend for someone who never edited mpegs & wmv. The simpler the program the better.
