and when you suggest an exercise routine, it better include both resistance training and cardio training. resistance training helps build muscle, which raises the metabolism (as muscle requires more energy (calories) to operate) which helps eliminate excess fat - and cardio is a given.

5 Meals a day is correct, but this is about losing some weight .. so you do 3 meals a day with healthy snacks. Like I said, when you get hungry and want a snack .... grab some veggies and some fat free dressing. I don't think you read all of my posts.

And I haven't even got into the exercise routine yet. I know that one needs resistance and cardio ... my workout has both.
