Wallace wasnt the MVP. Bullips was.Cant suspend or arrest the MVP from the world champs can ya... would be bad for business and thats all the NBA is after all, one big business
Not just one punch, repeated punches. They count 11 strikes from Artest to the kid in the glasses. When they pulled Artest off him, his teamate finshed the job. I dont think the National media is showing all the tapes of this. This kid was fucked up and spent the night in the hosptial. He has done tons of interviews here and his face is screwed up.Here's my question. If Artest hit the guy in the stands then he broke the law. I couldn't make out what happened up there. Somebody here said he simply held a guy and asked "Did you throw beer at me". If that's the case, I don't think he broke the law. Was it innappropriate behavior to rush the stands, yes. If he did not hit anybody up there, he should be fine and doesn't deserve to be out the season.
The dumb ass that came on the court though deserved everything he got. He came down and squared off on Artest. The kid that Artest went after was not the person that threw the beer.
I'm telling you what I have seen from local tapes and media and my Tevo. Ive seen the blows, did I count each one, no. His elbow was up in the air several times from what I seen, then when Artest was pulled off, O'neal , maybe Jackson (i think it was, not sure on the name) sucker punched the guy from behind in the head, twice.
Unless Jackson hit a woman, he didnt hit the guy that threw the beer. The black women standing on the steps as Artest was running up the stands is the person that threw the beer cup.
