                              yes it is, the parents are the people who raise you, and should be the majority of influence in your life.

                              there is only minimal cases where parents cannot be blamed.

                                                  Pretty funny as that beach is in the middle of a mostly Aussie are...pretty fucked up though beating up lifeguards...there volenteers for fuck sake...see who they will call for the next time one of there kids is drowning...alah wont fucking save them.
