I think it should be absolutely legalized, but again all I've heard is people bragging about getting a permit/card to grow and then selling it. What happened to "care giving?" Its the fuckers that want a license to grow and deal it and make profit that are screwing it all up and giving pot smokers a bad name.
It should be legal, and it should be free. If you got a permit and then turned around and made profit off someone selling them your medicinal marijuana you should be hung by the balls. That is what I am referring to.
And I don't know the story, but any of those places being ran by dumb stoners dealing it illegally are fucking things up for others. And please, there are head shops here in LA you can go in and talk to someone and get weed. I'm not ignorant of things like that, gimme a break. And yes people need it, and yes sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
But again, its always a couple people who fuck things up for everyone else. I figure they will hit LA next.
