    The 2004 Most Corrupt Countries list is out

    Transparency International has released their annual Corruption Perceptions Index for 2004.

    Finland wins the prize as being the least corrupt country in the world.

    Here's the top 20 ranking:

    1. Finland
    2. New Zealand
    3. Denmark, Iceland (tie)
    5. Singapore
    6. Sweden
    7. Switzerland
    8. Norway
    9. Australia
    10. Netherlands
    11. UK
    12. Canada
    13. Austria, Luxembourg (tie)
    15. Germany
    16. Hong Kong
    17. Belgium, Ireland, USA (tie)
    20. Chile


    The title of most corrupt country in the world this year is a tie between Bangladesh and Haiti
