                I've only found two such servers personally. One is FoundryNap, the other is some Spanish mainstream host I can't remember the name of. I've tried ServerGod on maybe 10, 11 servers, most mainstream (I searched google for upload scripts and uploaded servergod.php to the sloppily written ones that let PHP through).
