    Shit is it hard to explain online business to non-online people

    Spent 3 fucking hours explaining to a non-tech-or-internet lawyer an online conflict situation where pretty much a guy who worked for me broke all of his non-compete and NDA agreements on the web.

    And I can't stress enough how incredibly hard it is to just explain what's the business (not adult) is all about.

    Is there like a wikipedia for these type of folks that they should read?

    "Get another lawyer" - would love to, but this one was responsible for the agreements themselves.

      Nah, I'll be ok. He wrote everything down in traditional business terms and I converted several online terms into the 'traditional' vocabulary.
