    I should be breaking the 500 pound marker any day...

    Ok not really but damn, my wife goes into "Martha Stewart Death" mode during the holidays. Yesterday alone she baked chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter fudge, holiday break, these little chocolate cookies with peanut butter hershey kisses inside, sugar cookies and pumpking bread.

    Please...someone...send help...

          So not really 500 pound, how much in stead

          And it's pretty easy....

          Eat less, exercise more...No need to goto to the gym daily, just some 45 minutes walk a day will do you well ;-)

                  I wish I had a wife like that ... well not really. I enjoy cooking a lot personally ;) I don't do deserts and stuff like that thought

                      That's very hard to do when the wifey cooks stuff like that and expect you to enjoy it.

                              Aint it the truth, pounds really start to pack on this time of the year. I was doing well towards the end of the summer then kind of didn't really watch what I ate until about Thanksgiving. Now I'm back in the swing and down 8lbs without doing much.

                                          lol...the 500 pound thing was totally a joke. I've actually lost quite a bit this year thanks to South Beach and my newly found enjoyment of biking. She's not helping the cause though. Tonight she plans on making some chocolate fudge and some wedding cookies. (The little almond cookies covered in powdered sugar.) She gives away most of it as gifts. Some we package and take to homeless guys on the streets. The smells in this house are torture for someone on a diet however.
