                                                                                                      Site was never built nor optimized... it was only used to cash in on type ins. SEO work can be done from scratch by buyer I guess, and imho registration years does count in seo nowadays.

                                                                                                      It had offers on sedo, very good ones, but did not the wanted price yet.
