OK, I haven't done tons of free lance video editing, so my question is for those of you who have paid for it or do it. I've got 3 30 minute tapes of content, that needs to be cut up into member clips, 1 min free hosted clips, watermarked, and compressed. How much do you guys think I should charge? Its fairly simple, but I don't want to undercharge/overcharge too much. Thanks for your input!

I quoted what I would have told my clients. It should be less than an hour for what you have been asked to do, and I would charge between 85-100 an hour for what was requested of you per video.
BTW - I am running a Sony RS530G with Sony Vegas, and this would take (I think, based on my experience) and hour per video to complete.

3 x 30 minute segments, compressed to correct data rate. Cut into 1 min clips with watermarks and a decent still from each one is about $60 max. That is how much I personally charge.SIG TOO BIG!
