          only thing i can think of is rotoscoping...which is time consuming and kind of old school

          some others will probaly have better suggestions using adobe after effects and such

                      You can just mask out the area like I did with that video I made with you in it, but with the whole face instead of just the mouth.

                                      You combine a mask on the original, with tracking, and then take your overlay and put tracking on it... then be ready to adjust the position frame by frame by hand if you really want to get something special.

                                      Most of the people doing that in bulk use pretty much a fixed "target", that makes things much, much easier.
