After Iran recieves its Nuclear Reactors....

... The government recently announced it plans to build two nuclear power plants, each with a 1000 megawatt capacity, in Khuzestan Province.
They will apparently order these reactors from a country like russia etc.
How long after they recieve them will Israel bomb the reactors out of existence? And what steps would Iran take in retaliation?
