                                                      I was going to buy some hosting from you guys today, but I was at a friends house and my cell was dead, so I wouldn't be able to do the phone verification bit. Has the phone verification had a positive effect on your company? I don't think it would fend off someone motivated to make fraudulant accounts, but it would fend off people who have a temporary phone problem. Just my two cents on it.

                                                      I'll still get the hosting as soon as my cell phone works again. There have been to many good things about you guys on GFY to let the phone bit get me down.

                                                                                                              Well it is possible when you have bandwidth Over commitments to your providers that you have to pay for and your not selling the bandwidth so anything you get (even at a loss) is better than nothing. It is a way to cut losses. Also at 27.00 a meg then add data center costs, the server costs, other equipment, like power reboot switches, firewalls, routers etc..... OH don't forget tech support......LOL the list goes on.... Oh well I guess they need to do what they need to do.

Their shared accounts do not allow TGP galleries or FreeSites, but most other adult sites ok. I would guess there are no restrictions on their dedicated servers.

                                                                                                                                      To give you some credit though, you only have one SBL listing which means you haven't sold out to spammers, phishers, and other criminals. Nor do you seem to have a bunch of paid apologists( also spammers) constantly defending and endorsing your hosting service like that "other" hosting company who sold out their ethics long ago.

                                                                                                                                      I wish you luck , and would consider hosting with you in the future.

I never said lunarpages is a bad host, you can have low quility bandwidth and never be down. I was talking about the type of connection.
