Of course.
Casinos are very quick to take your money, no questions asked. But when withdrawal time comes you get all sorts of delays, waiting for a PIN, having to fax ID, having your money put on a 48hr suspense account with the option of doing a reverse withdrawal (LOL), to only being able to cash out every 4 days or once a week. They do whatever they can to make your money stay in your account long enough to tempt you to play again. And that's when the banhammer falls, the dealer keeps pulling blackjacks out of his ass, you bust 10 times in a row, etc etc etc.
