Like I said several days ago. I've been debugging umpteen network computers because of asshole trojans coming from porn sites.
The webmasters kicking these things think they're getting away with it but to their surprise they'll be rounded up soon and then there'll be hell to pay. XBiz just did a story on it:

Lemme tell you where this is going. Trojans like this hijack signups and traffic from YOUR sites. That's a criminal and civil thing right there. Extra problem is if you HOST a site that does this and you don't respond and comply then YOUR ASS is gonna be up for grabs. Every surfer that gets this trojan from YOUR site can then file criminal and civil charges against your dumb ass for using this shit.
Don't think masking your identity and using foreign servers is gonna help cause that Homeland Security shit is tied in with all the major ISPs and software companies like Microsoft and they've been watching all along.
