                                                                                          But THEN after that...
                                                                                          7 hours with NO sales at all...

                                                                                          So the pattern is: NO SALES for many hours, and then from one minute to the other, Sales almost every 15 minutes...
                                                                                          It's not like it starts up slowly, and then comes to a peak, and then slows down again, before it comes to a complete stop... NO!

Usually Saturday and Sunday's are our big days. Last month we had a record day on the 5th (a Saturday). Then the 7th and 8th (a monday-tuesday) were TERRIBLE. This month we had our 2nd best day ever on the 5th (a monday) and the 7th and 8th were terrible again. Weird that the same dates got us almost the same results.
