    Workaholic webmasters...How far would you go?

    Since GFY never seems to sleep, just wondering what was the longest hours webmasters here ever worked?

    I 've already tried working 18 hours straight a couple of times already.

              72 hours is my longest, no drugs, just coffee

              i'm older now. i've been going since 7am (21.5 hours)

                          I work 7 hrs a day, even worked on Thanksgiving.. will prolly be working on Christmas and NewYears eve and NewYears day. I work so much sometimes I don't see the sun for 6-7 days, don't have time to go to the grocery store to buy food, get my hair cut.. or do anything... work work work
                          from the time i wake up till i sleep. I even eat at all my meals at my desk.

                          I have nothing else to do in life so i dont mind... I'd rather work then go out, im anti social and hate going out and people... the pc is my friend...

                                      When you work 24/7/365 what is the use of the money anyway?

                                      I do work a lot of hours as well. But don't forget that relaxing is also very important...

                                      Of course you can work the coming 10 years 24/7/365 and save money for your retirement, however you know your health now...What will it be in 10 years...

                                                                  I just did 40 hours in a 48 hour span this last week... Lived on Rockstar and Mtn Dew... Then about 15 hour days the rest of the week to get a project goin..

                                                                          It's a lot more than 3k Exactly how much I don't wanna say. But I don't have anything better to do than work though, I hate going out and hate people, going out is not fun for me.

                                                                          I am also addicted to the internet, so I could do other things like watch tv which is fun for me as well, but I always have to get back to the pc because its like an addiction.

                                                                          I don't know, it's like nothing is fun for me. I have nothing else to do, i hate clubs, i hate parties, i don't like to socialize, I don't like to go to the beach, I just like staying at home... I used to like to shop a lot and go to the mall but i think people just bug me and I get irritated easily, if I know i like something i'll just order it on-line, i just hate dealing with salespeople or people in general.

                                                                          So all I like to do is watch tv and work i guess... and eat...
                                                                          nothing else to do in life.

                                                                              Even if i didn't make as much i would probably still work because i have nothing better to do.. it's to kill time i guess... what else is there to do when you hate going out and hate to socialize??

                                                                              but actually to be honest not all of it is work, even though im on the pc a lot i get distracted a lot, so sometimes i just surf entertainment sites, news sites, gossip sites, all loads of crap so it's not work related. Sometimes i also end up surfing all day or for days straight and i get carried away when i'm interested in a particular subject so i guess that's not work

                                                                              It's more like being addicted to the net...
                                                                              And there's nothing else to do.. i'm done with school, i feel too old for that, plus i'm sick of school. So what else is there to do but go on the net everyday?

After a while, you're just unproductive and besides, you'll have to regain the sleep sooner or later - might as well go now. Go to bed now, work tomorrow. This thread gives me the impression of a few basement computer nerds with greasy hair and same clothes on for a week straight with bad hygiene.

                                                                                                                                  Lol, I can't work for 2 days straight, I can't even stay up for one night straight, i get too tired. I do work at out, but i work out at home because i don't like working out in public/in the gym. It's not that bad, i have a bf and he drags me out and keeps me busy so even if biz goes down i won't be too depressed.

                                                                                                                                  My bf is also like me, he is glued to the pc almost all day, but not for work though, but he spends hours and hours and HOURS on amazon looking for books and bidding on books on ebay and reading all sorts of nutty stuff...

                                                                                                                                  So i guess we both have no lives and can keep each other busy having no lives, but our pc desks are right next to each other so it's kinda fun, it's not like i'm alone as i was a few yrs ago, now that was really depressing...

                                                                                                                                  I'm on the pc all day for work, but when my bf gets home from work he also goes on the pc right away and stays there for like 6 hours or so... we both do need help
