After a couple weeks of having webroot spysweeper i noticed explorer.exe started crashing a lot. I monitor this computer fanatically. I uninstalled the program and now IE won't go to a site if you type it in the url box yet it works if you click a link in an email or something. And when I try to save a file in firefox it freezes at the save as pop up. GHETTO! Time for a reformat. I always make shitty mistakes like this.
