The domain name, blogsexplosion.com. I'd like to buy it, and know the guy who is selling it. He knows I really want it, but I don't want to pay more than $50 for it.

He thinks it's worth $500, and ignores my arguments that it's not. I need some new ammo.

So, anyone know what trick or what I can say to prove it's only worth $50? He has an appraisal from afternic of 1300 Euros, which seems almost laughable.
