he asked me to make a simple news script for him...basically an admin section to add/edit/delete news articles. changes to the index page to incorporate it. and also a view articles page.
also throughout the process he kept asking for more features, which i said no, it wasn't part of the deal.
he agreed to this, after i finished he paid me 125 by paypal. it was an echeck and took 1 week to clear.
now after it cleared he is telling me i didnt make a page showing the archives.
