Anyone who is addicted to GFY should consider this.... Its not GFY your addicted to, its the feelings of social interaction and acceptance - and maybe a message board is the easiest/most convenient place for you to get those feelings. You are not alone, popular messageboards of all kinds, not just GFY, have their share of postwhores.
Now whether that is healthy or not is up to you. If you have a crazy amount of posts and spend hours a day on this board on a regular basies then I'd say something is askew in your life but then again something is askew in many people's lives, lol. The key i guess is to have a balanced life. Make sure you turn the computer off everyday and go outside. Exercise, read a book, take up an offline hobby, get laid (without paying for it) instead of just beating off to porn movies....etc, etc...
To me GFY is just one of many tools I use for my business. Nothing more, nothing less. Look at my post count and my join date.
