what amazes me about my friends company, is that they aren't even a internet based company, they are all video production, like 90% video....but gfy is an adult industry hub, that is for sure

i know of at least 10 news sites and 5 video companies off the top of my head right now that check gfy for info....all the people that work for them included....I am talking hundreds of people from these companies combined...LOL

You are mistaken. If the "who's online" feature was enabled, you'd see probably tons of nicknames with zero posts, and most likely more lurkers then registered posters.

BT does not track GFY.

When I post here the lurkers are my target audience. I meet dozens of them at every major show I atttend. People that come up and introduce themselves, that have never posted here but know everything that goes on here.

I would say it is close to a 10:1 ratio of lurkers to active posters.

a while back I sold almost all my adult domains, I would say 75% of them...some with sites, some not......NOT ONE SINGLE active poster on gfy bought my shit, it was all inactive members that bought my shit up....I had 10+ sites/domains, good shit too, and all but 2 of them sold to inactive gfy members....

that is what actually got me thinking about it all, then I started asking around....TONS of porn stars that knew from LA read this board on a very regular basis, they search for their names and see what affiliates/webmasters are saying about them
