    Time For a new TAT...suprised? (pic)

    Went for a much bigger piece this time. It's a Mythical creature called a Garuda. I drew it up myself based on several pictures on the net and blended into a kind of lotus flower. Wanted it to be unique. Plus it is the vehicle for Narai, who comes to alleviate human suffering...and i need all the help I can get...lol

    Thoughts?

                  Nice Tat. Good Design. Pity it will look like a blurry mess in 10 years time. My partner and I are looking at buying a new laser removal device for just this problem. We zip off the blurry tattoo. You can then go out and get it redone. Hey, you might even go for a newer look.

I did the design, she helped chose the colors and it looks great...I can't believe how bright it is. I mean, I know it'll fade a bit, but these new inks they use are supposed to last much longer. It's about the symbolism the image represents. Now this represents the personification of the ways I can bring an end to some of my suffering [demi God Garuda as a vehicle of Narai, who comes to alleviate human suffering] which for very personal reasons means a lot to me in my life right now. That moment will be frozen here for me to remember each time I see it.

I realize now that it is much more than that. The decision to permanantly mark your body changes you. If it is something that actually means something to you, it changes you profoundly.
