    Something doesn't seem right...

    I have the photographer who I want to shoot a shit load of exclusive stuff for me.

    So we get close to getting the ball rolling, then the "terms" of the shoot come out...

    #1 A limit on the number of sites I can use the photos on.

    #2 A 2 year limit on exclusivity, after that, they're fair game for him to resell or do whatever with.

    I would be paying "exclusive" content prices, yet I'm hit with this..

    Was I wrong to tell him to go jump in a fucking wood chipper?

              thats pretty ridiculous, find a photographer that is decent and has no problems losing all rights to the content.

                  tell him to go fuck himself... you are paying for full rights to the images, he cant tell you that you are limited on what to do with your images.... its either they are 100% your images in which you do as you please, with him not reselling them.... or he walks and you find another guy who will shoot the photos and not play games..

                          For this shoot, stills only, no video, 1 girl softcore, 5 sets, 100 ( + or - 10 - 20 ) pics per set, would workout to be in the $2.50 - $3.00 per pic range
