    Man sues guy who stole his wife in love affair

    CHICAGO - Steven Cyl wants to hit the guy who stole his wife where it hurts - right in the wallet. Cyl is suing Lee Bauman.

    Cyl claims that he's suffering from mental anguish.

    Cyl claims his wife met Bauman in a neighborhood bar and began an affair. She's since moved in with Bauman.

    The other man can't believe he's being sued. Bauman asks, "Is this for real?"

    It is in Illinois, which is one of the few states where spurned spouses can file "alienation of affection" lawsuits.

                      for the breakup and the husband never did anything to cause it himself ie....fight,belittle,holdback affection or abuse in any way.
                      Now that would be a first in any marriage for sure.

                                  yeah the legal term is alienation of affection and I believe there's ancient laws that pertain to it in many states.
