Godaddy refusing to transfer domain names?

Anyone else have an issue with this?

No matter how many transfer requests / support emails I send them, the domain always fails at the register transfer when godaddy shoots it down.

ANyone have any experiance with this / a solution?

I can't think of any web service that I dislike more.

Is it unlocked and have you approved any pending transfers from the control panel?

Yeah my guess it is locked, make sure you click that stuff on the right side to unlock domain and then proceed, i very much doubt someone is sitting there going, oh thats adult, lets screw him over and deny it, hehehe

However I am not so fond of GoDaddy's services, they definately are a pain to use
and spamtastic...you may need to read thru all the 5 pages of spam to get to the final submit proccess???

You wrote to their support staff and they couldn't tell you why it's being rejected? In my experience, when GoDaddy rejects a transfer, they'll send an automated email carefully explaining the wrong reason they rejected it. However, when you ask a human, they can usually tell you the real reason. Sometimes it has to do with ICANN rules like no transfers within a month or two of a prior transfer, or near registration or expiration dates, and sometimes it has to do with their own unwritten rules.
