    Both Cobb and Libertarian Michael Badnarik say they've demanded that Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, a Republican who co-chaired this year's Bush campaign in Ohio, recuse himself from the recount process.

    Said Bobier: "The Ohio presidential election was marred by numerous press and independent reports of mis-marked and discarded ballots, problems with electronic voting machines and the targeted disenfranchisement of African-American voters."
    If the recount proves Kerry won Ohio, I wonder if Bush is actually going to leave the White House peacefully.

                                                                      If you recall, Gore retracted his concession in 2000 when Florida got close.

                                                                          Doesn't matter because the electoral college doesn't vote until Dec 13. And if a recount says Kerry won I'm sure he'll take away that concession. Show me ANYWHERE in the constitution where a concession is required or binding.

                                                                              No, that's completely wrong. Concessions don't mean anything if the vote count was wrong or fraudulent. Kerry had always planned on conceding if there were any problems, and then fighting it out later. If he hadn't, he would have been destroyed by the media for somehow "putting the troops at risk" and all kinds of bullshit.
