I'm having probs with my epassport card and dunno who to contact...

Contacted support yesterday, tried to pay my hosting bill with my card and billing said it was denied...so I tried to add my card to my paypal account and it was denided too...

About paypal epass support said that because it is a competition service they denied it.
And about my hosting bill they said it's a problem with my hosting merchant account....
Today I tried to pay twice in 2 different resturants and coffee shops and it didn't go thru....

    Who should I contact?

Yes Epassporte definitely has a problem with acceptance. Tried using the virtual card online with CCBILL and it didnt even go through? I dont have a real plastic card so I dont know about the charging for items but I dont even want to try yet until epassporte works out the bugs and starts handling support correctly.
icq: no spam please, I won't buy:

Dude.. read their FAQ on their site.

It says something about telling the place that's putting the charge on your Electron
to charge it as debit and not credit. That might be it.

Otherwise, just pump out cash from an ATM before eating/whatever and pay caaa$$$h..

Edit: And like JupZChris said: use your Virtual for payments through Internet.

Epassporte doesn´t work with IBill, CCBill and 2checkout something about risk transactions long story I never got it but the problem is not on Epassportes side.

ePassporte does not work with 5967 transactions unless the merchant has an account. You cannot fund Paypal with ePassporte or vice versa due to risk management issues.

As to the others, email [email protected] with as much information as you can provide and they will tell you what happened.

How about Paycom then? Do they accept virtual visas?
And what is the goddamn point of this virtual visa at all if it doesnt accepted by major CC processors, even by 2checkout? This just looks too stupid...

I used it with Paycom and countless other with no problems.
