I didn't get to see the vid with audio but I have to say those guys are under a lot of stress and there are men woman and children strapped with bombs and shit ...you can't trust anyone... how do you know that.. that guy doesn't have a bomb on his chest and a switch in his hand waiting for the marines to gather around to move him and boom ... he could have rigged himself up days ago in case he got shot .... these fuckers know we'll help them if the survive and are counting on that .... not me I'd shoot the guy ...he's just going to fight another day if you help him...It's war and they wouldn't bring our guys to the hospital ...

Yes, let's talk about the Geneva Convention.

The Third Geneva Convention, the section of the 1949 treaty that applies to prisoners of war, says "persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including members of armed forces who have laid down their arms and those placed hors de combat (out of combat) by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, shall in all circumstances be treated humanely."

Seems to me like he was treated humanely. We could have just beheaded him like they've done to so many others. While he was still alive. Should have just fucking lopped off his head while he was screaming for his Mommy or praising his god.

Sorry, I have very little pitty for these people. The war is over and they lost. Roadside bombs, killing police officers, and blowing up pipelines will do little to help Iraq.
