Paying them overtime while they brush up their English skills is just one of the things we've been working on.
I would like to offer extended aplogies to all those that have been inconvenienced in the past from unacceptable behaviour.
However, sales reps no matter how important they may be are not the core activities of our business. Our services do offer great value for money. Our model is a recurring one, just as it is with paysites. If we didn't make our clients happy, our growth would be restricted to the number of new clients we could find and we would be running down a dead end street.
This is why we aim to send all clients away happy with the work they've paid for, only then will they recur. If we are unable to make them happy, then I would prefer to refund their money.
