I would like both companies to advise us of their policy regarding transfer of ownership on a processing account. Under the presumption that the original owner went through the registration process, paid the fees and had the sites reviewed and approved what is your process for setting up the new owner beyond having that person submit transfer of ownership paperwork and a Visa application?
1) I understand they would still need Visa approval. However, would they be expected to pay the $750 again, a $350 renewal or nothing at all?
2) Once all of the appropriate paperwork is filled out and submitted, what is a conservative estimate on how long the entire process might take?
