Have no doubts that this "war" will kill far more than Saddam would ever be capable of doing and deaths and malformations of children in that region will last at least 50 years.
There is NO comparison with Saddam in the deaths and disease from the effects of depleted uranium - there is NO doubt these will far exceed the deaths in this war up to this moment.

The truth is many US soldiers will also die. A quick sampling involved 100 US soldiers who were assigned to clean up duty after the Gulf War. 70 of them are now dead, the remaining 30 now have related diseases. This is the gift of freedom the US has given to the Iraqi people.
To talk about Saddam's ability to produce WMD is a sick joke in comparison with the contamination already inflicted on the Iraqi people. As of four months ago, - the rate of DU in Iraq was measured at 19 times above the norm.
Do you seriously think Saddam is the only person who did not have WMD but had some "ability"?
The worst proven offender in WMD contamination is the US. There are several Caribbean Islands to start with that have been totally fucked because of "US testing grounds", one with 30% of the population now suffering, the other so damned loaded with everything from mustard gas to anthrax contamination it is uninhabitable.
The good news is Bush has agreed to get the fuck out and now has plans to do the same shit in contaminating Nevada.

On one hand you have the "red" states that really do believe to some degree that the Iraqi's had a hand in 9/11..and they are opposed just as fervently by te "blue" states who insist otherwise.
It seems that no amount of hard evidence will convince the red states otherwise, and being a blue stater, I'm insistent that SOMEONE please tell me in 25 words or less WHY we are in Iraq.
While we seem like the mongloid idiots here, take 160,000 votes out of Bush's colum in the state of Ohio and put them into Kerry's, and Bush is GONE!
But now, we get to go through 4 years where we not only continue to sacrifice the YOUNG in a needless war, but now see the Religious Right rearing its ugly head to smash down even more on civil liberties at home.
