I think I was one of the first people to have it, and while I'm in the middle of redoing my own program and thinking about releasing new sites to affiliates I'm starting to build some promos on the backend, it's a wonderful system and well worth the money.
pros: pretty, clickable simplicity, easy to add and remove tools across many sites, template frontend is everything you could ever want.
cons: no real faqs, no real support (although this is being fixed and they are in the middle of a complete redo of help from what I understand)
Doing things like banners, hosted flvs, etc etc etc are very simple but setting up the galleries and correct linking codes, little tricks and such in pods/mods are very confusing but they will walk you through it until the new faqs are up.
I've heard a lot of good things about woj as well and I like the guy so anything other then these two I'd stay away from for now. But I'd have no problem recommending ccbtools AT ALL - and is certainly classified as GREATComment

I use the AdultScripting.com script and love it. They just did another nice update recently.
Pay for it once and they install and provide free updates.

We just upgraded recently to CCBTools when we relaunched our program and it is great. It's pretty easy to use, offers a wide variety of options, great for multiple sites, and the crew at CCBTools is great to work with.

Just got it myself and I'm working on getting it ready for my affiliates. There are a few things that I do wish it had, one being good direct reporting (basically to replace the current ccbill interface.) For example, in the ccbill interface I have 870 affiliates, 843 of them showing as active, but no really easy way to go threw them, deleting out the people that signed up using false info etc. I asked Tanker about it yesterday and he said it's very much requested an "could" happen...
Other than that, as a new user of it I'm finding it so far very simple to use. I had to get my head around the skinning of it etc, but thats all done now and I think it looks great. I'll post my link to the new program one I get it a little more ready, I'm actually setup up the dynamic templates right now, and uploading 115 new sets as I type this.Http://www.extremehole.com
