:mad I feel like I've been ripped off. [serious drama thread]

I've tried contacting these people privately and it seems they're unwilling to discuss business now. So I'm forced to this level. I don't take matters such as this lightly.

I'm a photographer. I make money selling my work. I got an offer from Quashe, David (Krome), and KC with AdultLabel that would allow me to have a paysite under their program, all they needed was the content. The deal was that I would see 20% of sales, in exchange. The site is 18to22boys.com

That was back around January of 2004. We're now in December of 2005 and I've never seen a dime from this deal.

They were very helpful when it came to taking the content from me, but now none of them return ICQ's or emails regarding payment. About a year ago, I had David call me and talk to me personally about this issue. He explained that since the site was softcore, he was unable to sell the site with his marketing efforts. He said if it was hardcore, it would sell... and he wanted me to shoot some hardcore content. I happen to run a softcore site myself and know that it sells decently.

This company has never let me verify sales data with CCBill. That was part of the original agreement. They said they'd get the login info to me, but everytime I've asked for it they avoid the question and tell me not to worry about it because the site isn't selling.

A company cannot reasonably expect to be able to use a photographers content free of charge. I am not running a charity service. I operate for profit just like anyone else. And besides that, I have models that I've paid a considerable amount of money, and I need to eat and my bills.

At this point, I feel cheated. I feel abused. I feel ripped off. I honestly feel like I'll need to sue this company if I want to get paid. I'm not asking for much, just $2500 and we'll call it a done deal. I'll consider this a learning experience, and you won't owe me anything more.

The check can be mailed to:

Serial Media
PO Box 864
Rocklin, CA 95765

Otherwise, you can expect to recieve a letter from the court stating that you're being sued for this sum by my company. I figured I'd be generous and save you some time and money.
