Cottage cheese or a low carb protien shake with non fat milk.
for overall health and weight control this is best.
limit sweets, even splenda, because they induce hunger cravings.
last snack of the day (only if you are hungry) suggestions:
small bowl of shredded wheat (plain, not sugar frosted) eaten with skim milk.
or one whole red grapefruit, or 1 oz of hard cheese and 2 rykrisp, or 1 navel orange, or 1 apple, or 1 bowl of oatmeal (no sugar) with walnuts.
controlling your weight and nutrition is a conscious decision, but the benefits are large. make every calorie count.
Everytime I want chocolate but don't wanna eat the stuff for various reasons I usual have the 'options choc drink'; only 40 calories a cup and all the chocolate taste...very yum!
