What is cam revshare worth?

It depends on a lot of things. Traffic quality is of course at the top as the better your traffic, the more they'll spend when signing up. For instance, members area traffic to a cam site will most likely be much bigger spenders than one through a tube site as these people have already shown they'll take out their credit card and pay top dollar for porn.

One other factor is time. Sure you might make more long term in revshare, but do you really want to wait? Lets say the cost you make per PPS is $50 paid out right away. The revshare is $55 but is paid out over the course of a year and a half on average. Would you rather have that $50 right now? Could you make 10% off that $50 in the course of a year and a half by re-investing in your sites or investing elsewhere.

You also have to factor in companies going out of business or simply closing your account. If you build up a few thousand members and are making some solid coin everyday off those referrals, are you confident enough in the company that they'll continue paying? Lot of people here (myself included) who have built up a large number of revshare members to sites and then seen the site close down or company stop paying and never fully realize the full value of those revshare members.

And finally, with revshare, your income is dependent on the quality of their site. What if the quality of cam girls goes down? Or they have issues with processors? Your income is completely dependent on how well they sell those members. I'd definitely join and use any site you plan to send members to and see what the quality is.

I personally take the PPS in most cases. I'd rather have the cash now and not have to worry about missing payment or companies closing up shop. Maybe it makes me a little less long term, but I'd rather have the piece of mind and positive cash flow. I still do some revshare on some of the top sites and would suggest the best way to go about it is to do a mix, see how the traffic does, and make your juggment that way.
