Personally I don't really think it its a good idea. But I have a friend in LA who was very flat chested when she got a boob job she completely changed. She's become very confident and much more expressive. Before the job she was very quiet and shy. So in that case I fully agree with it.
And I must admit, I don't mean to sound like a stereotypical guy but she looked so bombin with larger breasts.
