CCBILL and statsremote difference(new)

I noticed that the rebills of the month november are higher in the ccbill stats, then when I check it with statsremote.

This is a problem since yesterday, anyone else having the same issues, or is it just me?

(and yes statsremote is up-to-date, and stats are fresh)

Since ccbill is cutting your check and not statsremote, pay attention to the check cutter's stats.

It's probably just a glitch.. my stats remote dosn't show any rebills for CCbill in my stats for some reason. SR only shows new joins for me, however if I log into the CCbill stats area I can see the rebills.

In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

Mine is working now. Though I have had similar problems in the past. Seems like every month there is a period of atleast a few days that they don't jive with eachother.

CCBill had some problems and updated the stats delayed. StatsRemote only reads the stats of the last two or three days, that's probably the reason why some data is missing. Please do the following, it should show the correct numbers then. Go to the 'This Month' tab, right click on CCBill and select 'Reset'. Then close StatsRemote and restart it.

When ccbill rebuilt the database the other day I had some sales show up for the 8th that stats remote isnt showing

sometime i can hear ring for sales or rebill but have no sells or rebill appearing ..very weird..with statremote

stats remote is showing 3 less initial sales and 2 less rebills.
numbers have been wierd all month.
sweetmoney hasnt worked on there in ages aswell

Sometimes it happens that StatsRemote reads wrong stats during a stats update, e.g. because the program has temporary database problems or because the stats page is not fully loaded, etc... usually when the software reads the stats the next time it gets the correct numbers again, so you might hear a sound eventhough you don't have new sales.

As for Sweet Money... they setup a slave db for us as they had problems with their regular stats being too slow. Now the slave db seems to be down most of the time. I already contacted them several times because of this and I hope they will fix it soon.
