A friend of mine has just offered me a pair of free tickets for a holiday in a popular city in Iraq called Fallujah. He said its an extremely popular tourist destination and that people are religiously fanatical about it.
He also said that Americans almost outnumber the fixed population there right now so I wouldnt feel out of place. I asked him why he's offering the tickets for free and he said that he's "scared to go to Iraq". Is that just an excuse? Why would he buy tickets if he was scared to go to Iraq?
Or there is some other more sinister reason? Does anyone know if flights to Fallujah have been threatened with hi-jacking or something?
